I’m Free
Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free, I’m following the path God laid for me.
I took his hand when I heard his call, I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day, To laugh, to love, to work, to play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way, I’ve found that peace at the end of the day.
If my parting has left a void, Then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, Ah, yes, these things too I will miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow, I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My Life’s been full, I savored much, Good friends, good times, a loved one’ touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief, Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your heart and share with me, God wanted me now, He set me FREE

For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house
in heaven, not built by human hands. 2 Corinthians 5:1
Jeffrey—
You were always a easy going guy and seemed calm when things would get hairy. The last few years of your life, you lived with me, just like while we were growing up. I enjoyed your company, and will truly miss you. I have to believe you are now in far better company with the Lord. Go in peace little
brother, now you are with Mama, Daddy, and Michael.
~ Henry~
Dear Nephew,
You will be truly missed. I think about us growing up together and how each of us went our own ways. You were more like a brother to your uncle that was the benefit of being raised together. When you see brother Michael tell him hello for me.
~ Aunt Kay Adonna
Jeffrey—Your life was the strident demonstration of the power of perseverance. You sometimes fell down, but always, you got back up and continued to fight the good fight. That priceless example is one we will all carry in our hearts and draw upon when things are difficult. We love you and will miss your calming presence, kind
heart, and triumphant spirit.
~Your Cousins~
