What professional accomplishment will you always remember? Securing the contract with the Marriott Hotels and Results for our Culinary Arts program (eating in the head chefs Olive room).

What’s the most important quality in a person, and why? Their relationship with Jesus Christ. It changes how they view the world and improves every aspect about the way they live their lives.

Tell us about a personal or professional goal you aspire to achieve in the next five years. I want to defend my dissertation and achieve my PhD in Leadership, secure a full professor role at a public university (or at least be on the path).

You’ve got one day totally free from it all. What will you do? I want to help the Afghan refugees become acclimated to their new homes. It all depends on if the timing works out. I can say I usually end up at the spa or mall ☹.

If you could have a cup of coffee with anyone, who would it be? Well, I don’t drink coffee but if I could have a morning refresher (Starbucks 😊) with someone it would be a refugee or someone in need of compassion and help.
